Description Arbidol (Umifenovir) is an orally active broad-spectrum antiviral compound that is a fusion inhibitor and interacts with the SARS-CoV-2 spicule protein.Arbidol shows inhibitory activity against a variety of coronaviruses.Arbidol has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity and may be useful for the study of concentrated infections.
In vitro Arbidol 对多种病毒具有强大的抗病毒活性,包括流感病毒 A、B 和 C、呼吸道合胞病毒、SARS-CoV、腺病毒、副流感病毒 5 型、脊髓灰质炎病毒 1、鼻病毒 14、柯萨奇病毒 B5、汉坦病毒、基孔肯雅病毒、HBV 和 HCV。[1]
In vivo Arbidol(25 和 45 mg/ml;口服;6-8 周龄 BALB/c 小鼠)对感染流感病毒的小鼠表现出存活益处。与病毒组相比,Arbidol 提高了小鼠的存活率,在 45 mg/mL 剂量下抑制了小鼠体重下降,在 25 mg/mL 和 45 mg/mL 剂量下抑制了小鼠肺指数的增加。[3]
