Description APG-1387 (SM-1387) is an IAP inhibitor that promotes the rapid degradation of cIAP1/2 and XIAP and exerts an anti-tumor effect on nasopharyngeal carcinoma stem cells. Studies have shown that APG-1387 combined with NPC's CDDP and 5-FU enhance chemoresensitivity and promote cell apoptosis in vitro and in vivo.
