Description Antitumor agent-19 is a modulator of tumor-associated macrophages with EC50s of 17.18 μM and 18.87 μM in the RAW 264.7 cells and the BMDM cells.
In vitro 在RAW 264.7细胞中,Antitumor agent-19(10 µM、20 µM或50 µM)有效地且剂量依赖性地诱导M1型巨噬细胞标志物的表达,包括IL-1β、TNF-α、iNOS和IL-12α。Antitumor agent-19剂量依赖性地将肿瘤相关巨噬细胞从M1(抗肿瘤)再极化为M2(促肿瘤)[1]。
In vivo 在C57BL/6雌性小鼠携带Lewis肺癌细胞的模型中,Antitumor agent-19(5 mg/kg;i.p.)显著抑制了肿瘤生长。Antitumor agent-19与抗PD-1抗体联合使用,在体内展现了更为优越的抗肿瘤效果[1]。
