Antitubercular agent-28 (0-200 μM) shows antibacterial activity with an MIC value of 170 μM, IC 50 value of 2.96 μM, and IC 90 value of 19 μM in low oxygen condition, and an MIC value of 1.77 μM, IC 50 value of 1.02 μM, and IC 90 value of 1.34 μM in normal oxygen condition [1]. Antitubercular agent-28 (0-200 μM) shows intracellular activity with an IC 50 value of 2.15 μM, and IC 90 value of 2.85 μM, and low cytotoxicity with an IC 50 value of >100 μM [1]. |
