Description Antioxidant peptide A acetate is a short peptide, which contains alternative aromatic or sulfur-containing amino acid.
In vitro 研究了10-100 μM Antioxidant peptide A(Pep-A)对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。在10 μM和50 μM抗氧化肽A浓度下,酶活性分别下降0.5倍和0.7倍;而在100 μM Antioxidant peptide A处理下,酶活性增加了1.79倍,表明此浓度可能是治疗Y79 a, RB细胞的理想选择。进一步研究表明,Antioxidant peptide A 通过提高抗氧化酶活性降低ROS。在肝癌细胞中,与Hoki皮肤抗氧化肽存在下的抗氧化酶水平的类似增加,归因于肽在维持细胞环境的氧化还原平衡中的作用。细胞活性分析结果显示,即使经过48小时的处理,Antioxidant peptide A 对癌细胞(Y79)和非癌细胞均无毒性。在抗氧化肽A处理后24小时和48小时,Y79 RB细胞活性分别介于115-157%和111-126%之间。还研究了10-100 μM GNPs浓度处理对癌细胞死亡的影响。
