Description 7-BIA is a receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase D (PTPRD) inhibitor with anti-addictive properties and can be used in the study of neuropathic pain.
In vitro 7-BIA 抑制重组人类 PTPRD 和重组人类 PTPRS ,其半抑制浓度(IC50)值分别约为1-3 μM 和 40 μM[1]。
In vivo 通过剂量为10-20 mg/kg的腹腔注射,7-BIA能够减少有经验的野生型小鼠对可卡因的自我给药行为[1]。
Animal experiments Animal Model: WT mice (available cocaine 50 times, 1 mg/kg infusions on FR1 schedule during ≥20 prior sessions). Dosage: 10 mg/kg, 20 mg/kg. Administration: Given i.p.; only once
