Description 6-Aminochrysene (6-Chrysenamine) is an inhibitor of the growth of several solid experimental tumors and can be used in studies about splenomegaly, breast cancer and myeloid leukemia.
In vivo 6-Aminochrysene 在大鼠肝微粒体中抑制了苯胺的羟基化、对硝基苯甲醚的O-去甲基作用以及氨基比林的N-去甲基作用[1]。
Animal experiments In Male CD rats, intraperitoneal injections of 6-Aminochrysene with 25, 50, and 100 mg/kg are pre-treated once daily for 3 consecutive days before sacrifice[1].
