| In vitro | 3,5,6,7,8,3',4'-heptamethoxyflavone（HMF），采用乙醇提取和己烷分级自C. unshiu果皮中提取得到。HMF抑制了胶原蛋白酶活性，提高了紫外线诱导的人类皮肤成纤维细胞新生儿(HDFn)细胞中I型前胶原的含量。HMF还抑制了紫外线诱导的HDFn细胞中基质金属蛋白酶1 (MMP-1) 的表达，并促进了I型前胶原蛋白的表达。另外，HMF抑制了紫外线B (UVB) 诱导的丝裂原激活蛋白激酶（MAPK）信号级联组分-ERK, JNK及c-Jun的磷酸化，这些组分涉及MMP-1表达的诱导。进一步，HMF影响了与调控I型前胶原表达相关的TGF-β/Smad信号通路。特别是，HMF在剂量依赖性的方式中诱导了Smad3蛋白的表达，并抑制了紫外线诱导的HDFn细胞中Smad7蛋白的表达。 |
