Description 2-Deoxy-D-galactose is a glucose analog and glucose antagonist that inhibits the maintenance of hippocampal LTP and can suppress tumor growth by inhibiting the glycolytic process.
In vitro 2-Deoxy-D-galactose 在 30 分钟内能迅速磷酸化,2-Deoxy-D-galactose(1mM/L)孵育 5 小时后,2-脱氧-D-半乳糖1-磷酸的含量达到了 35 毫摩尔每千克细胞[4]。
In vivo 在成年雄性 Wistar 大鼠的被动回避反应(PAR)习得试验中,2-Deoxy-D-galactose(2、4 和 8 μM;侧脑室内注射;2-8 μM;一次性)在 4 μM剂量下表现出 PAR 破坏作用[3]。
