Description Thermolysin is an extracellular metalloendopeptidase from Bacillus thermolysinophilus that selectively catalyzes short peptides.
In vivo 在自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)中,Thermolysin(50 mg/kg;口服一次)能够降低 SHR 大鼠的收缩压,给药后 6 小时内收缩压最大下降 22 毫米汞柱[4]。
