Description Theobromine (3,7-Dimethylxanthine), a xanthine alkaloid, is used as a bronchodilator and as a vasodilator.
In vitro Theobromine (3,7-二甲基黄嘌呤)是一种黄嘌呤类生物碱,用作支气管扩张剂和血管扩张剂。[1] Theobromine利尿作用较茶碱弱,且对平滑肌的兴奋作用也较弱。[2] 与咖啡因不同,Theobromine对中央神经系统几乎无刺激效果,但可能通过周围生理改变提升情绪和认知功能。[3] Theobromine 曾用作利尿剂及治疗心绞痛和高血压的化合物。[4]
