Description Sucralose is a non-nutritive artificial sweetener and sugar substitute that stimulates appetite in rodents by activating a conserved neural fasting response.
In vitro 通过对小鼠体内technetium-99m ((99m)Tc)示踪红血球形态,高锝酸钠(Na(99m)TcO(4))和二乙烯三胺五乙酸示踪(99m)Tc ((99m)Tc-DTPA)组织分布,可以评估Sucralose对血液成分的作用.结果显示红血球的血液成分和细胞形态均未发生变化.
In vivo 豌豆和Sucralose同时加入到肠内分泌细胞比单独加入更能诱导高水平的CCK and GLP-1。
