Description Sanggenon D (Sanggenone D), a small molecule compound from Morus alba Bark, is a GABA(A) receptor modulator with antioxidant and antibacterial activity, inhibits breast cancer cell proliferation, and inhibits the growth of Staphylococcus aureus by modulating the fatty acid biosynthesis system.
In vitro 以酪氨酸为底物,在30和100 μM条件下,测定了sanggenon D对酪氨酸酶的抑制活性,其IC50值是7.3μM。[3]
