Description Pongamol, an identified lead molecule from the fruits of Pongamia pinnata, on glucose uptake and GLUT4 translocation in skeletal muscle cells.
In vitro Pongamol 在最低浓度5 M时显著提高了L6-GLUT4myc肌管中的基础葡萄糖摄取量(p < 0.05)。观察到的最大刺激效果在10 M时达到1.6倍(p < 0.01)[1]。
