Description Kushenol K is a potent and Selective Inhibitor of cGMP Phosphodiesterase 5, it also has inhibitory effects on diacylglycerol acyltransferase (DGAT). Kushenol K shows weak antiviral activity against Herpes simplex virus types I and II.
In vitro A new prenylated flavonol, sophoflavescenol (1), together with five known flavonoids, kurarinol, Kushenol K, kushenol H, trifolirhizin, and kuraidin, were isolated from the roots of Sophora flavescens. The structure of 1 was determined by spectroscopic analysis[1]
