Description Kinetensin acetate(103131-69-7 free base) is isolated from pepsin-treated human plasma. Kinetensin acetate(103131-69-7 free base) is a neurotensin-like peptide.
In vitro 从胃蛋白酶处理过的人血浆中分离出的肽类物质kinetensin在暴露于大鼠腹膜肥大细胞时,能够诱发剂量依赖性的组胺释放。阈值浓度约为1 μM,ED50为10 μM,而在100至1000 μM的最佳浓度范围内,可释放80%的总组胺。Kinetensin的效力比neurotensin低10到100倍,与阿片类肽dynorphin的效力相当。组胺的释放明显受温度影响,0 °C或45 °C时不发生释放,而在37 °C附近有最佳释放效果。在无外部钙离子的情况下,组胺的释放显著减少[2]。
In vivo Kinetensin在皮下注射给大鼠时,会引起剂量依赖性的血管通透性增加[2]。
