In vitro 经口单次给予Indican,剂量为20、40 mg/kg,通过其主要代谢产物吲哚磺酸(IS)[3]抑制包括OAT 1、OAT 3和MRP 4在内的多种阴离子转运蛋白,从而增加了MTX和MRT的系统暴露度。
