| In vivo | 方法：为检测体内抗肿瘤活性，将 Hesperidin (200 mg/kg) 灌胃给药给携带 CT-26 异种移植物的 BALB/c 小鼠，每天一次，持续五天。随后单剂量注射 cyclophosphamide (25 mg/kg)，Hesperidin 继续给药十四天。结果：在 cyclophosphamide 注射前用 Hesperidin 处理的小鼠中，白细胞计数增加。在 cyclophosphamide 注射后 4 天和 7 天观察到这种显著的保护作用。在 CT-26 荷瘤小鼠中，Hesperidin 和 cyclophosphamide 联合给药可显著抑制 cyclophosphamide 诱导的肿瘤生长延迟。[3] |
