Description Heparin (Adomiparin) is a mucopolysaccharide sulfate often used as an anticoagulant in clinical medicine.Heparin has shown partial anti-inflammatory activity in in vivo experiments.
In vitro Heparin 在给药6天后,表现出对MT-4细胞的HIV细胞病变性的抑制作用,IC50为7.5 μg/mL[2]。在SGHPL-4细胞系中,Heparin 以0.5 U/mL的浓度作用48小时,能够抑制肝细胞生长因子(HGF)诱导的滋养层侵袭[3]。
