Description Ganodermanontriol, a sterol derived from Ganoderma lucidum, showcases hepatoprotective activity and possesses anti-inflammatory properties in tert-butyl hydroperoxide (t-BHP)-damaged hepatic cells through the upregulation of HO-1 expression.
In vitro Ganodermanontriol inhibits breast cancer cell lines MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7?with IC50 values of 9.7 and 5.8 μM, respectively.
