Description Dihydromyricetin (Ampelopsin) is a natural antioxidant flavonoid from Ampelopsis grossedentata. Dihydromyricetin is a potent inhibitor of dihydropyrimidinase with an IC50 of 48 μM. Dihydromyricetin can activate autophagy by inhibiting mTOR signaling.
In vivo Dihydromyricetin(1 μM)作为一种新型的抗酒精中毒药物拮抗急性乙醇诱导的GABA(A)Rs和EtOH暴露/撤退诱导的GABA(A)R可塑性增强和GABA(A)R α4亚基在海马和培养的神经元中的表达。
