Description Cyclobuxine D is a steroidal alkaloid extracted from Buxus microphylla. Cyclostatin D has obvious bradycardia effect on rat heart, and inhibits acetylcholine and Ba ++ induced longitudinal muscle contraction isolated from rabbit jejunum.
