Description Cyclo(L-Phe-L-Pro) shows broad-spectrum antibacterial and antifungal activities. Cyclo(L-Phe-L-Pro) exhibits activity against methicillin-resistant S. aureus and Enterococcus raffinosus.
In vitro Cyclo(L-Phe-L-Pro) 干扰视黄酸诱导基因-I的激活,并抑制IFN-β[2]的产生。Cyclo(L-Phe-L-Pro) 表现出自由基清除活性,其对DPPH的IC50值为24 µM[3]。
