Description Alizarin (Mordant Red 11), a red dye derived from the roots of plants of the madder genus, inhibits P450 isoform CYP1A1( IC50 = 6.2 μM), CYP1A2 (IC50 =10.0 μM )and CYP1B1(IC50 = 2.7 μM).
In vitro 在中毒的动物体内,Alizarin能够降低肝脏中硫代巴比土酸反应物的含量和血清中丙氨酸转氨酶水平.
In vivo 在大鼠肝脏微粒体中,Alizarin能够抑制苯氧自由基,超氧阴离子自由基和脂质过氧化物发生氧化。
