In vivo 经胎盘给药的5-Methoxyindole-3-acetic acid 具有诱发细胞繁殖的活性,在84%的C57BL/6小鼠后代中引发了恶性和良性肿瘤(淋巴肉瘤、腺瘤、肝瘤及其他肿瘤)的发展。与对照组相比,5-Methoxyindole-3-acetic acid 组肿瘤的数量显著增多,并且出现得更早,恶性程度更高[2]。
