Description 3,4'-Dihydroxyflavone (3,4'-DHF) is an oral active flavonoid. 3,4'-Dihydroxyflavone (3,4'-DHF) shows antiviral activity against Influenza A virus.
In vivo 3,4'-Dihydroxyflavone (3,4'-DHF; PO, 1 mg/kg per 30 μL, daily, 5 days) significantly decreases virus titers and pathological changes in the lung and reduced body weight loss and death[1]
