Description 2-Hydroxybutyric acid (α-Hydroxybutyric acid) is a product of protein metabolism and a biomarker for type 2 diabetes and pre-eclampsia.
In vitro 2-Hydroxybutyric acid(0-40 mM;24-48小时)可以减少对 AML12、BRL3A 和小鼠原代肝细胞的 AP 诱导毒性[3]。
In vivo 2-Hydroxybutyric acid (250 mg/kg;i.p. 3d)预防了 C57 小鼠中 AP 诱导的肝损伤[3]。
