ddCTP

Bioactivity ddCTP is one of 2',3'-dideoxyribonucleoside 5'-triphosphates (ddNTPs) that acts as chain-elongating inhibitor of DNA polymerase for DNA sequencing. ddCTP is a nucleoside analog that targets the reverse transcriptase of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). ddCTP can be used for AIDS research[1][2].
