Bioactivity UHMCP1 is a chemical probe of U2AF homology motifs (UHM) with a Kd of 79 μM. UHMCP1 prevents the SF3b155/U2AF65 interaction, impacts RNA splicing and cell viability. UHMCP1 has potential anticancer properties[1].
Target Kd: 79 µM (UHM domain)
