Succinyl-Coenzyme A sodium can be used in the study of metabolic, neurological and haematological abnormalities (such as porphyrias) caused by nutritional vitamin B12 deficiency (resulting in a deficiency in Succinyl-Coenzyme A synthesis)[1][2]. |
