| Bioactivity | Ru265 trichloride is a cell-permeable mitochondrial calcium uniporter (MCU) inhibitor and can be used for the research of ischemic stroke[1]. | |||||||||

| Invitro | Ru265 (1-10 μM; 30 min or 24 h) produces a concentration-dependent protection of cortical neurons against oxygen–glucose deprivation (OGD)[1].Ru265 (10 μM; 30 min) blocks calpain activation in cortical neurons subjected to OGD[1].Ru265 (50 μM; 24 or 48 h) preserves mitochondrial respiration and glycolysis in OGD-treated cortical neurons[1]. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only. 0 --> RU265 trichloride 相关抗体: Cell Viability Assay[1] Cell Line: | |||||||||
| In Vivo | Ru265 (3-30 mg/kg; i.p.; once) produces dose-dependent increases in seizure-like behaviours in mice[1].Ru265 (1-10 mg/kg; i.p.; once) reduces hypoxic/ischemic-induced sensorimotor deficits and brain injury in mice[1].
