Bioactivity Propiverine is a potent antimuscarinic agent. Propiverine inhibits cellular calcium influx, thereby diminishing muscle spasm. Propiverine has neurotropic and musculotropic effects on the urinary bladder smooth muscle. Propiverine can used for overactive bladder (OAB) research[1][2].
