Bioactivity Nafamostat formate salt-13C6 is the 13C labeled Nafamostat[1]. Nafamostat, a synthetic serine protease inhibitor, is an anticoagulant. Nafamostat supresses T cell auto-reactivity by decreasing granzyme activity and CTL cytolysis. Nafamostat blocks activation of SARS-CoV-2[2][3][4][5].
