Bioactivity Muscarine ((+)-Muscarine) chloride is a toxin that can stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system. Muscarine chloride is an agonist of prototype muscarinic acetylcholine receptor (mAChR)[1][2].
Invitro 在脑微血管内皮细胞和小鼠脑微血管内皮细胞中,Muscarine chloride (100 µM) 诱导的细胞内钙信号振幅与 10 µM 乙酰胆碱触发的信号振幅相似[1]。Muscarine chloride (1-30 μM;2 分钟) 在中缝大核 (NRM) 神经元神经元上含有 5-羟色胺 (5-HT) 的 NRM 细胞亚群中产生剂量依赖性超极化,EC50 值为 2.7 µM[2]。
