Bioactivity Lenperone hydrochloride (AHR 2277) is an antipsychotic compound and a dopamine antagonist. Lenperone hydrochloride reduces gastroesophageal sphincter pressure of healthy dogs. Lenperone hydrochloride can be used for neurological disease research[1][2].
