Bioactivity Esaprazole (Hexaprazole) is an antiulcer agent that has the effect of promoting the healing of peptic ulcer. Esaprazole can inhibit the secretion of gastric acid and pepsin[1].
In Vivo Esaprazole (50-450 mg/kg; 十二指肠内给药; 单剂量) 在 Wistar 大鼠中能以剂量依赖方式抑制胃酸和胃蛋白酶的分泌。并且 Esaprazole (25. 50 and 100 mg/kg; 腹腔注射; 单剂量) 也能抑制由贝胆碱 (HY-B0406) (500 μg/kg/h) 引起的酸分泌亢进和由迷走神经刺激引起的胃酸分泌反应[1]。 MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
