Bioactivity | Bifenthrin is a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide. Bifenthrin prolongs the opening time of Nav1.8 sodium channels, leading to membrane depolarization and conductance block in the insect nervous system, thereby disrupting neural function. Bifenthrin was effective in inhibiting A. gambiae (LD50=0.15 ng/mg) and C. quinquefasciatus (LD50=0.16 ng/mg). Bifenthrin has good lethality against susceptible and resistant mosquitoes and is very effective in inhibiting blood sucking and can be developed as a mosquito-removal netting material[1][2]. |
Invitro | 联苯菊酯抑制A. gambiae,/i> 和 C. quinquefasciatus,其 LD50 值分别为 0.15 ng/mg 和 0.16 ng/mg[1].联苯菊酯处理过的滤纸接触到 C. quinquefasciatus 和 A. gambiae 的跗节,分别只需 0.5% 和 0.125% 的浓度,即可导致 100% 的死亡[1]. |
