In Vivo	In rat bearing balloon injury, 8-Chloro-cAMP (12 mg/kg) sodium reduces, in a dose-dependent manner, neointimal area and neointima/media ratio after balloon injury. 8-Chloro-cAMP shows a reduction of proliferative activity of VSMCs in vivo[1].
