Literature References: A mixture of 1 part potassium sulfate, 9 sodium chloride, 18 sodium bicarbonate and 22 anhydr sodium sulfate. One gram of the mixture in 200 ml water is approx equivalent to an equal vol of Carlsbad water (Sprudel). Keep dry and well closed.

 

Derivative Type: Carlsbad salt artificial, effervescent

Properties: A mixture of 25 parts of Carlsbad salt artificial, 48 sodium bicarbonate, 17 tartaric acid and 25 citric acid.

 

Therap-Cat: Cathartic.
