Description Trypsin-Modulating Oostatic Factor (Neobelliera bullata) also called neb-TMOF, is a hexapeptide with the sequence of NPTNLH, it has been isolated from the ovaries of the grey fleshfly Neobelliera bullata, it inhibits trypsin production in the gut, lowers yolk polypeptide concentration in the hemolymph and markedly inhibits ecdysone synthesis in the larval glands.
