Description | Substance P (1-7) is an amino-terminal fragment of substance P, it exerts depressor and bradycardic effects when applied to the nucleus tractus solitarius. It was also shown that this fragment, contrary to substance P, may reduce signs of opioid withdrawal in mice. |
