Description p60 v-src (137-157) also called Tyr-Specific Protein Kinase Inhibitor, is a 21-residue peptide corresponding to a part of the non-catalytic domain of p60 v-src (residues 137 to 157), it was found to inhibit the tyrosine kinase activity of p60 v-src with IC50 = 7.5 μM.
