| Description | H-Leu-Leu-Leu-OH was shown to increase the endothelial release of TXB2, a stable marker of TXA2. H-Leu-Leu-Leu-OH is the inhibitor of human liver alanine aminopeptidase, Ki = 0.054 mM. Addition of H-Leu-Leu-Leu-OH improved aerosol performance and stability of spray-dried powders for inhalation. |
