Description H-Hyp-Gly-OH is a substrate for prolinase (prolyl dipeptidase). Inoue et al. showed in a clinical study that ingestion of the dipeptides H-Hyp-Gly-OH and Pro-Hyp could improve facial skin moisture and elasticity and reduce facial ageing.
