Description G Protein Antagonist is the substance P-related peptide that inhibits binding of G proteins to their receptors. G Protein Antagonist competitively and reversibly inhibits M2 muscarinic receptor activation of Gi or Go and inhibits Gs activation by β-adrenoceptors.
