| Description |
(Des-Gly10,D-Leu6,Pro-NHEt9)-LHRH also called Leuprolide, Leuprorelin, [Des-Gly10, DLeu6, Pro9] LH-RH, Ethyl Amide, a highly active LHRH (GnRH) agonist stimulates the pituitary release of luteinizing hormone, causing an increase in testicular androgen production. Thus, leuprolide represents a safer alternative to estrogens, and may be preferred in the treatment of men with advanced prostate cancer. CAS Number (net): 53714-56-0. |
