Description Autocamtide-2-Related Inhibitory Peptide also called AIP, (Ala9)-Autocamtide-2, is a non-phosphorylatable analog of autocamtide-2, it was found to be a highly specific and potent inhibitor of calmodulin-dependent protein Kinase II (IC50= 40 nM) without affecting cyclic AMP-dependent protein kinase, protein kinase C and calmodulin-dependent protein kinase IV.
